It is a very lovely place. Spacious and super clean. The photos posted does not give justice to the actual beauty of the house.

This is such a lovely place in a nice tranquil setting. The Barn is beautifully clean and well equipped and would recommend to others.

Sue was a fantastic host and the cottage was the perfect place to go back to after a days walking in the nearby mountains. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and the cottage was very well equipped! Will be coming back! Thanks Sue!

This is such a little gem of a place. From the beginning, communication was quick & easy with Sue. The directions she sent (sat nav cuts out a bit before you arrive!) we’re perfect & easy to follow. The welcome lovely & the cottage is perfect, everything you’d need or want. It was sparkling clean, warm & cosy. The surrounding village was lovely, friendly pub & great walks for all abilities. We would definitely recommend & return!

What an absolute treasure! Beautiful, clean modern barn conversion in a rural location. Fab if you have pets as there is an enclosed garden. I would definitely recommend adding the breakfast option to your stay. Thanks to Sue for being a great host during our first of what will be many trips to Wales.

Don't hesitate to stay at Sues place the photos don't do it justice. Lovely

Stylish barn conversion at the end of a beautiful valley. Great place for walking and cycling. We had a very relaxing short holiday.

This was one of the best Air BnBs I've ever stayed in. Newly refurbished, it is extremely comfortable - great quality furniture, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. (no IKEA here!) It was like the home I'd love to have one day. Sue and her husband were excellent hosts - they live right across the drive and are very friendly and helpful, but not intrusive at all. The house itself is set in the middle of the Welsh countryside, surrounded by sheep, trees, and beautiful flowers - a very refreshing break from London! It's about a 30-60 minute drive from the house to different hiking trails and activities in Snowdonia National Park, and you'll need a car in order to get to the local village as well. The local village has a village shop, a pub, and a restaurant for dining - there are also some grocery stores not too far away so you can stock up and prepare meals in the gorgeous kitchen at this place (I wish I had had more time to cook!) This is definitely a place I'd like to visit once a quarter or so - simply perfect.

The cottage was lovely and the photos didn't really do it justice, I thought. It was newly finished, modern and clean. The little touches like the towels folded up on the bed and the shower gels made it feel even more welcoming. It was spacious and Sue very kindly let us dry our wet clothes (to be expected after spending the day outdoors in wales!) in their drying room. We also really liked the photo book showing the barn's transformation from falling down shell to beautiful holiday home. Thanks, Sue for a lovely stay
